Bruun Beauty will endeavor to provide to Customers all required product labeling information; however, Bruun Beauty is not the manufacturer of the Beauty Products, therefore it is not responsible for any reaction or any failure of a product to satisfy any special use requirements or otherwise meet the needs or expectations of the Customer. Customers are advised to read and strictly follow the label, all packaging inserts and instructions and all manufacturer directions and warnings.

Product Orders
PRICES AND AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES LISTED ON THE SITE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. The listing, description of, or reference to, a product or service on the Site does not imply that the product or service is presently available or that we endorse that product or service. In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, error in pricing information received from a supplier, or any other reason, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for such product or service at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Backorders (Out of Stock Items)
Backordered merchandise includes items that are not currently in stock. In most cases, these items are on order from our manufacturing facilities or suppliers. In some cases, we are researching or waiting for stock information from one or more of our suppliers.
Bruun Beauty will make every effort to get the item(s) back in stock as soon as possible. If for any reason we determine that a backordered item is no longer available, we will cancel the item from your order and notify you via email. We will not charge your credit card until the item ships. Therefore, your credit card needs no adjustment upon order cancellation.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a Bruun Beauty product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Bruun Beauty reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Bruun Beauty reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Bruun Beauty shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Shipping Notice
Bruun Beauty is not responsible for any packages and its content against damage or loss during transit to the buyer once tracking shows it has been dispatched from Bruun Beauty facility AND the buyer agreed to assume all responsibility of the dispatched package. If dispatched package fails to reach buyer under any circumstance, the buyer agrees to take full financial responsibility.
Jurisdiction
This terms and conditions shall be construed under the Laws of the State of California. In the event of litigation, the parties consent to the jurisdiction of and choose the forum of the State of California (Los Angeles, County).
